Oleg Vyshniakov - Ukraine and Israel. Ukrainians came to the Maidan to support Israel.

On Sunday, November 1, 2015 the pro-Israel meeting took place on Maidan Nezalezhnosti Sq. in Kiev. Ukrainians came out to the main square of the country in order to express their solidarity with Israelis.

Words of support for the people of Israel were told by deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Borislav Bereza, co-chairmen "Parliamentary Friendship Society Ukraine-Israel" George Logvinsky and Borislav Rosenblat, Deputy Nikolai Knyazhytsky, chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people and deputy Refat Chubarov.

The event was supported by the CPU "Patriot", the Jewish self-defense of Kiev, co-chairman of "Parliamentary Friendship Society Ukraine-Israel" George Logvinsky and Borislav Rosenblat, Jewish Hundreds of Maidan, with the participation of CF "Will and Unity", Volyn rehabilitation center and other Ukrainian public organizations.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Jewish organizations, churches of different Christian denominations, public organizations, representatives of art and culture. Hundreds of residents and guests of the capital came to support Israel in combating terrorism.

I’m sure that murder of the civilians and butchery, which someone tries to justify by high motives, cannot leave people indifferent.

We all are different and one should respect it. No one should conform to one single model that was declared by someone to be the only correct. But murder of innocents can’t be the method to assert the rights. Human life is invaluable.

Terrorists, who set of the bomb in peaceful city, murder men and women, orphan children, are becoming a problem of all the countries and the whole mankind. That is why today the Ukrainians came out to the streets in order to voice their support to Israelis in fight against the international terrorism.

Wave of violence that gripped the country within the last month has shocked the world community. Thousands of people all around the world are coming out to the streets in order to support the right of Israelis to live in peace.

I believe that only combining our forces together against universal evil and feeling support of each other we will be able to stop the wave of violence and destruction.

I wish to thank all the Ukrainians for not staying indifferent to the disaster of the Israeli people and came in order to express their support. Wish both our nations to live under the peaceful sky!
