Friends!

I like to tell you different stories about the Israeli parliament - the Knesset. It is indeed very modern, because of advanced technologies, it’s work is established in the best way. I told that some things can be borrowed by a Parliament of Ukraine. Today I was able to talk about it in person with the first Deputy Head of the parliament - the manager Peter Bodnar.

Together with the General Director of the Knesset Albert Saharovychem we met with him and talked about ways to improve theParliament. I suggested that the curious ones can be borrowed from the Israeli Knesset.

First and foremost we talked about safety. This issue in Ukraine have to become the leading one, because the country is in a state of constant struggle against the aggressor. In Israel it is extremely important. After identifying any significant failure in the field of security Israelis relentlessly change all the relevant management departments. We also spoke about internal security, especially inVerkhovna Rada. Inside the building it has to be the own police. And not in order to protect parliamentarians from the people, but to stop provocateurs from fights, disputes, and other events when officials behave unacceptably.

We spoke with Mr. Bodnar about electronic voting system "Rada". Unfortunately, it’s improvement was suspended due to lack of funds. But technological innovation is extremely necessary. I believe MPs should vote in person. In addition, following the example of the Israeli Knesset, we should make the board near Verkhovna Rada, in wich all the interested persons could see how many people are now in the building.

A separate question - environmental friendliness. Parliament should give an example throughout the country how to save resources and do not spend a lot of public money on something that can be ignored.

Ukraine and Israel are young countries, and Israel was able to become one of the first in various aspects. All this because the country was able to overcome its problems and make them not a disadvantage, but an advantage. I hope that Ukraine will not feed back and be able to reach a new stage of development. At least I put all this on effort.
